The Embassy joined the ASEAN Community in Rome to celebrate the ASEAN Family Day on Saturday, 21 September 2024. The event brought together Heads of Missions, officials, staffs and family members of all the ASEAN Countries’ Embassies in Rome for a bowling tournament at the Brunswick Bowling Centre.
Two of the Embassy members were awarded best individual players - Ms Salamah won the best player for women category and Captain Kindil won the 3rd best player for men category. Additionally, members of the Embassy were present in all 3 best teams. Captain Kindil’s team won the 3rd place; Ms. Priscilla’s team won the 2nd place; and the team that consisted all the Heads of Missions became the champion of the tournament.
It was a fun-filled activity that enabled the ACR family to get to know each other, socialise and foster camaraderie. The Embassy looks forward to having more such events in the future.
