The Embassy hosted a gathering of the Malaysian community in Northern Italy on 23 November 2023. Malaysians came from Torino, Padova, Bergamo and Savono. The event was a chance for the Malaysian diaspora to renew friendships, make new ones, and to represent the spirit of unity and togetherness which is the strength of our nation. The event was also an opportunity to meet with Amb Zahid and members of the Malaysian Embassy in Rome, and to familiarize themselves with the roles and functions of the Embassy.
