OVERSEAS POSTAL VOTING (PENGUNDI POS LUAR NEGARA)
The Embassy of Malaysia in Rome wishes to inform all Malaysians residing in Italy that the Election Commission of Malaysia (SPR) has announced that the election date in Malaysia falls on 5 May 2013.
It has also been decided that all Malaysian Embassies will act as ‘Pusat Serahan Sampul Keutamaan’ for overseas postal vote. As such SPR has fixed the election date for overseas postal voting on Sunday, 28 April 2013. Details for overseas postal voting in Italy is as follows:

According to the announcement made by SPR, Malaysians residing overseas can check their Postal Vote application status at SPR’s website www.spr.gov.my starting from 19 April 2013. Malaysians are advised to bring their original Malaysian Identification Card or passport during the voting day.
