On 12 May, The University of Camerino hosted a conference entitled “Malaysia: A Reliable Partner in Southeast Asia”. The Conference was focused on providing a platform for strengthening bilateral relations between Malaysia and Italy, and to offer insights on Malaysia’s strategic role in Southeast Asia.
The conference was organised by the University, the Istituto Italiano per l’Asia (ISIA) and the Embassy. Dato’ Zahid provided an address where he discussed prospects for Malaysia-Italy collaboration, particularly in the current global geopolitical and economic environment.
