The annual ASEAN Committee in Tokyo (ACT) Bowling Tournament was held at Shinagawa Prince Bowling Center, Tokyo on 23 July 2011.
The Embassy of Malaysia including nine other ASEAN Embassies in Tokyo took part in the tournament which was organized by the Embassy of Brunei. The tournament was played over three games.
The Embassy of Malaysia’s team comprised of Mr. Wan Aznainizam Yusri Wan Abdul Rashid, Dzulkafli Sharif, Roslina Mat Dom, Corporal Tarmizi Md Nooh, Jeffery Yahya, Abdul Razak Mohd Yassin and Yasumori Ito.
Although the Embassy of Malaysia’s team played a fine bowling, luck was not on their side when they finished fourth in the Team Event. The Championship for this year went to the Embassy of Singapore while the Embassy of Philippines and the Embassy of Brunei came in as the First and Second Runner-Ups, respectively.
