22 March 2023 – H.E. Dato’ Shahril Effendi Abd Ghany received a courtesy call by Mr. Kuninori Kuroishi, Senior Advisor of Marubeni Corporation, at the Embassy of Malaysia, Tokyo. Mr. Kuninori Kuroishi was accompanied by Mr. Niqman Rafaee Mohd Sahar, Director of Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), Tokyo; as well as representatives from Marubeni Corporation.
As part of Marubeni Corporation’s expansion plan this year, Mr. Kuninori Kuroishi introduced Mr. Takeshi Fujuwara who will take up the post of Managing Director of Marubeni Malaysia, in April 2023.
H.E. Ambassador Dato’ Shahril thanked Mr. Kuninori Kuroishi and Marubeni Corporation for their continuous efforts in making Malaysia as their preferred trade and investment destination, and congratulated Mr. Takeshi Fujuwara on his appointment.
