27 February 2023 – Ms. Ayumi Kimura, Division Manager of The Japan Times, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dato’ Shahril Effendi Abd Ghany, Ambassador of Malaysia to Japan, at the Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo. During the call, Ms. Ayumi Kimura briefed on the focus of the English daily and discussed about possible collaboration with the Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo, for publication in The Japan Times.
