25 March 2024 – Mr. Anwar Udzir, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo, received a delegation led by Mr. Yasushi AOYAMA, Professor Emeritus of Meiji University. He was accompanied by representatives from government and private agencies. Also present were, Ms. Nora Azlinda Jaapar, Counsellor / Head of Chancery of the Embassy and Mr. Imran Yussof, Counsellor of the Human Resources Development.
The visit to the Embassy was done in preparation for a proposed visit by Professor Aoyama and officials of Meiji University to Malaysia in May later, to look at the aspects of urban planning and management, particularly in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
The Embassy wishes Professor Aoyama and his team the very best in conducting their research in Malaysia.
