The Embassy of Malaysia Club (EOMC) recently hosted a Farewell Reception in honour of Ms. Yang Munirah Abd Ghani, First Secretary of the Human Resource Department, marking the conclusion of her three-year tenure in Tokyo. The event brought together Embassy officers and spouses to acknowledge and celebrate her dedicated service and valuable contributions.
During her tenure, Ms. Yang played an instrumental role in supporting and engaging Malaysian students in Japan, working closely with student associations and universities to strengthen the Embassy’s outreach to the Malaysian student community, while also contributing to the advancement of Malaysia–Japan cooperation in the field of education.
The EOMC conveyed its heartfelt appreciation and best wishes to Ms. Yang as she embarks on the next chapter of her career. Her commitment, leadership and service will be fondly remembered, and the Embassy community looks forward to her continued success in her future endeavours.
