The Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo attended the opening of the KUSKOP Pavilion at FOODEX Japan 2026, held at Tokyo Big Sight on 10 March 2026. The ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Sri Khairul Dzaimee bin Daud, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP).
The Embassy was represented by Mr. Zainal Azlan, Deputy Chief of Mission, in support of Malaysia’s participation in one of Asia’s largest international food and beverage exhibitions. This year, 31 Malaysian companies and 3 cooperatives are showcasing a wide range of Malaysian food and beverage products to the Japanese and international markets.
The Embassy looks forward to continued efforts in promoting Malaysian SMEs and cooperatives, while further strengthening Malaysia–Japan economic engagement.
