11 July 2023 – Mr Anwar Udzir, Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) of the Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo officially launched the Malaysia Fair, Tokyo 2023 Kick-Off Ceremony to mark the beginning of all Malaysian Agencies’ collaborative efforts to organise the highly anticipated Malaysia Fair, Tokyo 2023.
In his remarks, the DCM expressed his gratitude to all sponsors for their unwavering supports in making the third edition of Malaysia Fair, Tokyo 2023 possible. He expressed his hope for the event to continue strengthening the existing robust ties between Malaysia and Japan, while paving the way for greater collaboration in the future.
The 3-day event will be held from 3 to 5 November 2023 at Shinjuku Chuo Park “Mizu no Hiroba” and will feature Malaysia’s diverse cultural performances, variety of tourism attractions, trade, and investment opportunities and many more.
The Malaysia Fair, Tokyo 2023 marks a significant milestone in the diplomatic and cultural relations between Malaysia and Japan. It serves as a testament to the enduring friendship, promoting greater understanding and appreciating the values commonly shared between the two nations.
