`Bicara Aur Dengan Tebing’ (The Unbreakable Bond) produced by Tenview (M) Sdn Bhd. was one of four foreign dramas which received Special Award for Foreign Drama at the International Drama Festival in Tokyo 2009. The award ceremony was held on 19 October 2009 at Meiji Kinenkan in Tokyo.
Norazah Sahud, Producer of `Bicara Aur Dengan Tebing’ together with Jasmin Hamid (one of the main cast in the drama) and Rozaidah Ghani, Executive Producer Tenview (M) Sdn Bhd. were on hand to receive the award. An official from Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) and the representative of the Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo also attended the award ceremony.
This year’s International Drama Festival in Tokyo is into its third year and for the first time a Malaysian drama received an award, a feat that Malaysians especially those in the entertainment industry can take pride in. `Bicara Aur Dengan Tebing’ has previously won Anugerah Skrin (Screen Award) for 2008: Best Drama Series.
