MALAYSIANS IN TOKYO CELEBRATED AIDIL ADHA

Some 300 Malaysians, including students, performed Aidil Adha prayers at the Multipurpose Hall of the Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo on 27 September 2009. The prayers were led by Major Khidzri Hj. Ahmad, Assistant Defence Attaché of the Embassy.

After the prayers, guests were feted to Malaysian delicacies such as nasi minyak, nasi himpit, rendang daging, ayam masak merah, dalca, kuah kacang and an assortment of sweets prepared by members of PERWAKILAN Tokyo.

This year’s Aidil Adha was celebrated on a moderate scale and in the spirit of gratefulness.
