On 16 April 2026, Mr. NAGAISHI Yasuaki, Executive Vice President of the Organisation for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement (OISCA), and Mr. MATSUNO Hiroyuki, Director for Technical Intern Training Human Resources Development Division met with H.E. Dato’ Shahril Effendi Abd Ghany, Ambassador of Malaysia to Japan. The meeting focused on the strong partnership between OISCA and Malaysia, including the strategic shift toward the new Employment for Skill Development (ESD) Program.
Targeting full implementation by 2027, OISCA is working closely with Malaysian stakeholders to explore a new Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) to ensure smooth implementation and continued human resource development between our two nations.
