11 December 2025 – Members of the Japan Model ASEAN Meeting (JMAM) Organising Committee paid a visit to the Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo for a meeting with Mr. Zainal Azlan Mohd Nadzir, Deputy Chief of Mission. The meeting provided an opportunity for JMAM to explore potential areas of collaboration with the Embassy in relation to its involvement in the Japan Model ASEAN Meeting, scheduled to be held on 19–20 February 2026 at the ASEAN–Japan Centre in Tokyo.
During the visit, the JMAM Organising Committee briefed the Embassy on the event’s objectives, programme details, and proposed areas of cooperation. The Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo appreciates the interest shown in engaging the Embassy and looks forward to its involvement in the event.
