31 July 2025 – The Embassy of Malaysia in Japan welcomed a group of young learners from Atomico English Class, aged between five and ten years old, for an educational visit aimed at introducing Malaysia’s unique multicultural society. The group was received by Mr. Jeffry Meyer, First Secretary (Information & Public Relations) of the Embassy.

During the visit, Mr. Jeffry spoke about Malaysia’s rich cultural diversity, highlighting the harmonious coexistence of its major ethnic communities, namely Malay, Chinese, Indian, and various Indigenous groups. He also introduced traditional Malaysian attire, allowing the children to view and appreciate the vibrant colours and designs that represent the nation's cultural heritage. The students were shown a short video showcasing traditional Malay games that are popular among children in Malaysia.

The visit sparked curiosity and enthusiasm among the students, providing them with a first-hand look into Malaysia’s way of life in an age-appropriate and engaging format. The Embassy was delighted to host such a lively group of young learners and looks forward to continuing such educational outreach programmes that foster cross-cultural understanding from an early age.
