18 November 2025 – As part of the Embassy’s ongoing efforts to deepen cultural understanding, a public diplomacy programme was organised at the Embassy for 55 students from Sarugaku Elementary School. The session featured a presentation introducing Malaysia’s rich history, diverse cultural heritage, and unique traditions.
The programme was well received by both students and accompanying teachers. Many of the students expressed interest in learning more about Malaysia, while teachers shared positive feedback on the Embassy’s efforts to promote cultural exchange in an engaging and educational manner. The session successfully enhanced the participants’ awareness of Malaysia and contributed to fostering goodwill and stronger people-to-people connections between Malaysia and Japan.
The Embassy looks forward to continuing such initiatives to strengthen friendship, promote mutual understanding, and nurture the next generation’s interest in Malaysia.
