Travellers from Japan to Malaysia (via KLIA and KLIA2) are now required to use Malaysia Autogate.
Steps (For first-time arrival)
1. Complete, submit and print the online application of Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) three (3) days before departure at https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main.
2. During arrival, please proceed to the Immigration Manual Counter to enrol and verify your passport. Present your passport and printed MDAC to the Immigation Officer on duty. You are now eligible to use the Malaysia Autogate during your departure from Malaysia.
Steps (For subsequent visits)
1. For every subsequent visits, complete and submit MDAC three (3) days before departure at https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main.
2. You may use the Malaysia Autogate during your arrival and departure.
