The Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo was delighted to take part in a workshop titled ‘Boosting i-Halal Tourism for Japan-ASEAN region’ held in Atsugi, Kanagawa, during which the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy delivered opening remarks. The event was jointly organised by Universiti Malaya, Universiti Utara Malaysia and Kesatuan Melayu Jepun, and funded by the Japan Foundation, aimed at obtaining various perspectives on the integrated approach that combines Halal principles with innovation, digital connectivity and high standard of service.
The Embassy extends its appreciation to the organisers for the invitation and hopes that the workshop manages to achieve its objectives.
