On 5 May 2025, His Excellency Dato' Mohd Zamruni Khalid, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Korea (ROK), hosted a dinner at Rumah Malaysia in honour of YBhg. Datuk Wira Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki, Chairman of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA).
His Excellency took the opportunity to connect with the delegation, exchanging views on matters of mutual interest, especially in the context of student affairs in the ROK. Discussions focused on opportunities to enhance support for Malaysian students studying in the ROK, including academic collaboration, welfare initiatives, and strengthening educational partnerships. This engagement underscored the ongoing commitment to nurturing Malaysia-ROK relations in the education sector and reinforcing the welfare of Malaysian nationals abroad.
