H.E. Dato’ Ramlan Ibrahim, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Korea hosted a lunch at a restaurant in Seoul on 15 September 2012 for Malaysian participants of the 64th Executive Development Program at the Central Officials Training Institute of Korea (COTI). The Director General, Office of International Training & Cooperation of COTI, Mr Yoo Euy-Sang, Embassy officers and Heads of Malaysian agencies in Korea also attended the function together with the 20 participants who were undergoing a two-week training program.
