The Embassy of Malaysia had organized a Get-Together Dinner with the Alumni of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) and Malaysian Defence Cooperation Programme (MDCP) of the Lao PDR for the year 2009 on 29 December 2009 at Don Chan Palace Hotel. His Excellency Phongsavat Boupha, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs was present as the main guest-of-honour.
