Ambassador of Malaysia to the Lao PDR, Ambassador Zainal Abidin Ahmad and wife, Puan Shireen Dato’ Sulaiman hosted a high tea at Novotel Hotel, Vientiane to celebrate the birthday of SPB Yang di-Pertuan Agong on 13 June 2009. The event was attended by about 70 Malaysians who are based in the Lao PDR. The event followed by the meeting of the Malaysia-Laos Association (MASLA) which hold its election for the 2009-2010 Executive Committee Members.
