On 15 November 2017, Mr. Shahril Nizam Abdul Malek, Charge d’Affaires a.i of the Embassy of Malaysia in Rabat received the courtesy call of Mr. Imran Abdul Kadir, General Manager of Petronas Mauritania. Puan Wan Hasni Wan Ahmed, Finance Manager of Petronas Mauritania and Mrs. Afiza Nurul Ain Mohd Arshad, Third Secretary of the Embassy were also present during the meeting.
The meeting provided the opportunity for Petronas Mauritania to exchange views with the Embassy of Malaysia in Rabat vis-à-vis on Malaysia-Mauritania bilateral relations as well as to discuss the latest development regarding its operation in Chinguetti Oil Field.
