The Asian Group Heads’ of Mission and their spouses co-hosted a farewell luncheon to Mr. and Mrs. Mohammed Maliki , former Director of Asia-Ocean of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Morocco on 23 November 2016 at the Villa Mandarine. Mr. Maliki had recently been appointed by His Majesty King Mohamed VI as the new Moroccan Ambassador-designate to the Republic of India.
The Dean of the Asia Group Heads of Mission, Ambassador Dato’ Jamal Hassan paid tribute to Mr. Mohammed Maliki for his strong support to the Asian Heads’ of Mission in enhancing and consolidating the relations between Morocco and the Asian countries. These could be witnessed by the visits of His Majesty King Mohammed VI to amongst other China and India this year and Morocco’s ascension to the ASEAN Treaty of Amity and Cooperation recently in Vietiane, Laos last September.
