On 21 November 2017, Mr. Shahril Nizam Abdul Malek, Charge d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Malaysia in Rabat received the visit of Mrs. Fatima EL BEKKALI, Head of institutional Relations Unit of the Bank Al-Maghrib. She was accompanied by two senior officials of Bank Al-Maghrib namely Mrs. Noma Chemaou El Fikri and Mr. Omar EL Alami.
The discussion was focussed on strengthening technical cooperation particularly on training and capacity building. Morocco is among the beneficiary of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP). More than 300 Moroccans had benefitted from various MTCP courses in Malaysia in different areas of capacity development.
