MEETING WITH THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION, SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND INNOVATION
On 9 February 2026, Dato’ Shahabudeen Adam Shah, together with officials from Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) and Malaysian universities participating in the Study in Malaysia Education Fair Morocco 2026, held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Noureddine El Haloui, Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of Morocco, in Rabat. Both sides discussed further strengthening bilateral cooperation in higher education between Malaysia and Morocco, including student mobility, academic exchanges, joint research initiatives, and institutional partnerships.
