On 8 August 2022, H.E. Gloria Tiwet, High Commissioner of Malaysia, as the current Chairman of the ASEAN Committee in Abuja (ACA) successfully hosted the 55th ASEAN Day Celebration at the Chancery of the high Commission in Abuja, Nigeria. The ACA comprise diplomatic missions of Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam in Abuja.
