EIDUL-ADHA CELEBRATION IN KARACHI
The Consulate General of Malaysia and PERWAKILAN Karachi jointly hosted an Eidul-Adha gathering on 17 November 2010 at the Consulate compound in Karachi. More than 60 Malaysians including students residing in Karachi attended the event. The Programme started with Eid Takbir, followed by brief remarks by the Consul General and Solat Hari Raya Eidul Adha. Then all present were treated to authentic Raya Cuisines including Nasi Impit, Rendang Ayam, Mee Hoon Goreng, Kuah Kacang, Lodeh, Kueh and variety of fresh seasonal fruits. The programme provided a good opportunity to all to meet and enjoy an important religious festival of Malaysia in Karachi.
