Consulate General of Malaysia in Karachi organized ‘Jom! Malaysia Chalo!’ event at Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi and the event was supported by Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS), Tourism Malaysia (Dubai) and Batik Air Malaysia.
The Jom! Malaysia Chalo! event served as more than just a showcase of Malaysian culture, education, and tourism. It was a platform to strengthen the longstanding ties between Malaysia and Pakistan. The Malaysian higher education institutions offered world-class academic programs that can play a crucial role in enhancing educational exchanges and opportunities for Pakistani students.
Consul General, Mr Herman Hardynata Ahmad in his remarks during the opening ceremony on 14 September 2024, encouraged everyone to visit the booths and explore the possibilities of studying in Malaysia, a country known for its academic excellence and cultural harmony.
CG Herman extended special thanks to the Pakistani people for their kindness and hospitality. CG Herman added, Malaysia and Pakistan share a bond that goes beyond trade and diplomacy—it is a friendship built on shared values, history, and culture.
