Registration of Malaysians (Online)

REGISTRATION OF MALAYSIANS LIVING ABROAD

Malaysians living abroad are encouraged to register themselves at the nearest Malaysian Mission. This is a requirement and is clearly stated in the Malaysian International Passport. Registering yourself would enable the Malaysian Mission to contact you, especially during emergencies. Registration can be done by calling upon the Malaysian Mission, or alternatively request for the registration form via telephone or email at the information below:

For short visits, it is sufficient to register by email to malawakillima@gmail.com  / mwlima@kln.gov.my

Information required is as follows:

• Name;
• Passport Number;
• Contact Number;
• Family Members Name, Relation and Contact Number (to be contacted if necessary/during an emergency);
• Current address in the country;
• Date of arrival, and
• Expected date of departure.
