H.E. Ambassador Dato’ Hayati Binti Ismail met with Mr. Linar Yakupov, President of the Regions-Russia Association and Mrs. Norliza Hashim, Managing Director of the AJM-Planning and Urban Design Group Sdn. Bhd. on 14 April 2016. Mrs. Norliza briefed on the involvement of the AJM-Planning and Urban Design Group Sdn. Bhd. in preparing a concept master plan and feasibility study to develop a Financial City in Kazan. The meeting also discussed on various cooperation between Malaysia and Kazan.
