On 18 March 2012, the Deputy Minister of Interior Dr. Ahmad Bin Mohammad Al-Salem received the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Prof. Datuk Syed Omar Al-Saggaf and his Deputy. During the meeting, both had discussed issues of mutual concern as well as ways of promoting cooperation between the two countries. The meeting came within the directives of HRH Prince Naif Bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Abdullah Bin Fakhri Al-Ansari, Director General of Legal Affairs and International Cooperation and few other officials from the Ministry have also attended the said meeting.
