The Malaysian Ladies Association (PERWAKILAN) Stockholm in collaboration with the Embassy of Malaysia organised the Malaysian Food Bazaar, on 5 May 2018. The bazaar was held in the compound of the Embassy of Malaysia between 12.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m.
This is the second Malaysian Food Bazaar organized in the last three years. Guests were treated to a fantastic array of authentic Malaysia dishes, drinks, and deserts such as Nasi Lemak, Satay, Char kway teow, Laksa Penang, Roti Jala, Roti Canaiand Teh Tarik, Aiskrim Malaysia and various kueh-kueh Malay.
They were also entertainment to a Lion Dance show performed by member of the Swedish Malaysian Association. The Bazaar attracted more than 300 guests who came to the event with their families and friends. Collegues from the Diplomatic Corps., including ASEAN Ambassadors and representative from local authorities were also present during the event.
