On 25 April 2025, Ambassador Sarimah Akbar received Her Excellency Ghasaq Shaheen, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Sweden, at the Embassy of Malaysia in Stockholm.
During the meeting. both ambassadors exchanged views on enhancing bilateral ties and affirmed their shared commitment to deepening collaboration between Malaysia and the UAE in Sweden.
