On 28 February 2025, Ambassador Sarimah Akbar welcomed YBhg. Datuk Azman Ismail, CEO of Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB), and Mr. David Hagerbro, President & CEO of Ericsson Malaysia, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka, for a productive discussion at the Embassy of Malaysia in Stockholm. The meeting provided key insights into Ericsson’s presence in Malaysia, supporting both local and regional digital initiatives. Additionally, both sides also discussed Malaysia’s digital transformation, leveraging AI, cloud computing, and 5G to accelerate innovation and economic growth.
