The Ambassador of Malaysia chaired the meeting of the ASEAN Committee in Stockholm (ACS) on 27 September 2017 in the Embassy of Malaysia. Malaysia has just taken over the chairmanship of the ACS from the previous chair, the Lao PDR. Malaysia’s term is from July until December 2017.
All three ambassadors from Thailand, Indonesia and the Lao PDR were present. Vietnam was represented by the Second Secretary meanwhile the Philippines was presented by the Philippine Trade and Investment Promotion Officer for the Nordic countries.
The meeting ended with a luncheon of Malaysian cuisine.
