On 29 August 2024, Mr. Theven, CDA a.i., joined the ACS Ambassadors for a meeting with the Governor of the Riksbank, Mr. Erik Thedéen at Sweden's Central Bank in Stockholm.
The meeting enabled ACS members to better understand the monetary policy of Sweden, as well as the Riksbank's role in maintaining low inflation and creating a robust digital banking sector, which include cross-border payment. Also, during the meeting, the committee presented the ongoing efforts of ASEAN, forging closer cooperation in the area of finance to achieve greater economic integration.
