Venue: Samila Beach, Songkhla
On the invitation of the Governor of Songkhla and Songkhla's Sport Bureau, CG Mohd Aini attended the Opening Ceremony of the Samila Sangsom Asian Volleyball Beach Tournament held at the Samila Beach from 14 - 16 April 2008. 17 women teams as well as 14 men teams from Asian countries participated in the tournament which is held annually in Songkhla. The participation of Consul General of Malaysia at the event augurs well in enhancing and promoting the existing good relations between Consulate Office and the local authorities/community.
