On 17 June 2017, the CGM organized and hosted an Iftar with orphanages in Songkhla and the Songkhla Blind Muslims Association.
Apart from giving out contributions and “duit raya” to the orphanages and members of the Blind Muslims Association, the CGM also extended 3 sets of Al-Quran Braille to the association. The sets were contributed by the PPTD Association.
In the spirit of Ramadhan Kareem, the Iftar was held in very good ambiance, and it has left members of the CGM a feeling of warmth in the extension of help to those in need.
The programme was also covered and aired by Bernama and TV3.
