Y. Bhg. SAC Dato’ Jalaluddin b. Abdul Rahman, Chief Police of Kelantan, accompanied by 6 senior officials from Kelantan Police Contingent embarked on a working visit to Southern Provinces of Thailand from 18 – 19 January 2012. Among the programs lined up for him during the tour were courtesy call on Police Lieutenant General Paiton Chu Chaiya, Commissioner of Southern Border Provinces Police Operation Centre Thailand, as well as a visit to Consulate General of Malaysia in Songkhla. During the above visit, the CPO of Kelantan was also accompanied by Mr. Surapon, Consul General of Thailand in Kota Bharu. The timing of the said visit is pertinent taking into consideration that Dato’ Jalaluddin has just assumed his present post as the CPO of Kelantan recently and would indeed serve to forge and maintain the already excellent relations between the two government establishments.
