To act as a responsive focal point in terms of bilateral activities and to provide inputs relating to policy matters to improve bilateral interests
To implement and facilitate public services in information, consular, trade, investment, tourism, immigration and other related services.
To make available and disseminate accurate and current information about Malaysia, especially on foreign and domestic policies to the media, Malaysian and the local community.
