A book launch event titled 'Humanising Education: The Turkish Experience in Malaysia' was held at the Consulate General of Malaysia in Istanbul, Türkiye on 20 April 2024.
His Excellency Sazali Mustafa Kamal, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Türkiye delivered an opening remark and launched the book to an audience of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) alumni from Turkiye. Ambassador Sazali also shared his experience as an alumni of the and took the opportunity to promote IIUM as a preferred destination for education in Malaysia.
The book launching event was attended by Tan Sri Professor Dr Dzulkifli Abdul Razak, IIUM Rector and Mr Zainal Sanusi, Head of the Alumni Unit, rector as well as alumnus of the IIUM in Turkiye.
