Consul General of Malaysia Mr Firdauz Othman paid a courtesy call on the Party Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City, His Excellency Nguyen Van Nen, on 10 October 2023.
Party Secretary Nen highlighted the importance of strengthening economic ties between the two countries, particularly in trade and investment. They also expressed their commitment to working closely to deepen mutual understanding and friendship between Malaysia and Vietnam and promote the region's peace, stability, and prosperity.
