PRETORIA, Thursday, 18 Sep 2014 – As part of the activity by the ASEAN Pretoria Committee (APC), Malaysia hosted the Sub Committee on Commerce and Trade today. The High Commissioner of Malaysia to South Africa in his capacity as the Chairman of ASEAN Pretoria Committee (APC) was invited to deliver his welcoming remarks. Among other pertinent points, he cited that the revitalization of the Sub-Committee Meeting is deemed important to ensure that ASEAN plays vital role to expand trade and commercial ties with the host government and the region. All ASEAN Missions representative in South Africa were present at this meeting.
