PRETORIA, Wednesday, 13 May 2015 – The Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar hosted the Second ASEAN Pretoria Committee Meeting under the Myanmar’s Chairmanship at the Chancery Building of the Embassy today. The meeting discussed various issues including the current domestic and political situation of South Africa and the ASEAN Pretoria’s Sports and Family Day scheduled to be held on Saturday, 16 May 2015. The meeting also acknowledged on the imminent departure of the High Commissioner of Malaysia upon completion of his tour of duty in Pretoria as well as on the scheduled arrival of the new High Commissioner of Singapore on 3 June 2015.
