Air Arabia to Resume Flights to Kuala Lumpur

On 20 March 2023, UAE’s Sharjah-based low-cost carrier, Air Arabia launched its inaugural flight to Kuala Lumpur. A ceremony to celebrate the event was held at the Sharjah International Airport.  The event was attended by HE Ambassador Datuk Seri Ahmad Fadil bin Shamsuddin, Dubai-based Consul General and Tourism Director, Air Arabia officials and representatives from the local travel agencies. The Airbus Neo 321 aircraft with a capacity of 270 passengers, will be flying three times weekly from Sharjah to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).  The services will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays departing at 2.50 pm and is scheduled to arrive on the following day at 2.00 am. Air Arabia will be flying daily starting in June 2023.
