On 1 March 2023, HM The King and delegation visited Caracal and ADSB. The purpose is to learn on the promotion of high-quality investments by UAE in the establishment of world-class military industries. Caracal is the subsidiary in the missiles and weapon cluster of EDGE. It was established in 2007 and has more than 16 years of production heritage as the first firearms manufacturer in the region.
HM The King and delegation visited Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB). ADSB is a subsidiary of EDGE Group with 25 years of service. The company specializes in the building, maintenance, repair, refitting and conversion of naval and commercial vessels. It uses the latest technologies to maximize fleet readiness, extend ship lifetimes and lower overall lifecycle costs.
