HM The King of Malaysia Witnessed Exchanges of Documents Between Malaysian Companies and Masdar
His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong and several Malaysian cabinet ministers witnessed exchanges of documents between Malaysian companies and Masdar on renewable energy investment in Malaysia at the Malaysian Pavilion on 1st December 2023 on the sidelines of COP28.
Masdar is a renewable energy company with a role to empower the UAE's leadership and expertise in the global energy sector. The Malaysian companies participated in the said exchanges of documents are listed as follows:
- Implementation Roadmap Plan between the Malaysian Investment Development Board (MIDA) and Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC (Masdar);
- Framework of the Joint Venture Agreement between Citaglobal Bhd and Masdar;
- Cooperation Agreement between Pahang State Secretary Inc. (PSK) and Tadau Energy with Masdar;
- Memorandum of Understanding between Citaglobal and TNB with Masdar;
- Memorandum of Understanding between Malakoff Berhad with Masdar; and
- Memorandum of Understanding between Cypark Resources with Masdar.
