On 19 January 2023, YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Sri Dr. Mohamad Norza Zakaria, President of the Olympic Council of Malaysia, met with Mr. Azer Aliyev, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee, accompanied by the Charge d'Affaires a.i of the Embassy of Malaysia in Baku.
